Crash on I-787 in Albany closes 2 right lanes
ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- According to 511NY, a crash on I-787 northbound at exit 2 caused two lanes to close. NEWS10 was on the scene and our crew says that the crash appeared to be a garbage truck rollover and traffic had slowed down as a result of the crash.
Albany Fire Chief Joseph Gregory reported that the call came in about the crash at 7:19 a.m. and the fire department arrived on the scene at 7:30 a.m. Chief Gregory says that one person was treated on the scene before being transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
