Federal Highway Administrator Bhatt to Resign

FHWA Administrator Shailen Bhatt announced Sept. 6 that he is leaving his post where he has led 2,700 FHWA employees and administered awards totaling more than $350 billion in bipartisan infrastructure funds and other grants.
