Gurgaon RERA to check consent submitted by developer to make changes in the project

The Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) of Gurugram will now verify the two-thirds consent submitted by real estate promoters for any changes in layout or building plans. This step aims to protect the rights of allottees under the RERA Act, ensuring that their consent is genuine and valid.
