TESCO shoppers can bag double Clubcard points just by sending parcels – but you’ll have to be quick.

Delivery company Evri is offering Clubcard customers the point boost until the end of September.

You just have to book a parcel delivery via the courier’s website Evri.com and points will be added to your account.

Customers will get two points per £1 spent between now and September 30.

So, if you spent £3 sending a parcel, you would get six points, or 12 points when spending £6.

Any bonus points will be credited to your account within 14 days and can be used to get money off a future Tesco shop.

Or, you can double their value by spending them with one of the retailer’s partners such as Disney+, the RAC or English Heritage.

It comes after Evri started offering Clubcard customers points for the first time last November.

It was the first time Tesco had started offering customers Clubcard points when spending money with a delivery firm.

Evri first partnered with Tesco in 2021, when its ParcelShop services were made available in Tesco Express stores.

The “Shops” let customers send, receive and return parcels via counters at supermarkets and newsagents.

It is not the first time in recent months Tesco Clubcard customers have had the chance to boost their Clubcard points.

In July, the supermarket brought back its “Clubcard Challenges” game which let shoppers earn extra points for completing challenges while in-store.

And at the start of the year, shoppers could get two lots of points when scanning their loyalty cards or apps – a deal not seen for a decade.

How does Tesco’s Clubcard work?

You earn points as you shop, which can then be turned into vouchers for money off food or with Reward partners.

You earn one point for each £1 spent, and each point is then worth 1p.

So 150 points gets you £1.50, and you would have to spend £150 to get 150 points.

You need a minimum of 150 points to request a voucher.

Any vouchers are worth their face value when used in-store at Tesco.

But you can double their worth by spending them at one of the supermarket chain’s partners.

Any Clubcard points turned into vouchers expire after two years.

Any vouchers transferred into Reward Partner codes expire after six months.

Loyalty card holders also get access to over 8,000 items for less through Clubcard Prices.

How to boost your Tesco Clubcard points

The Sun’s consumer editor Lynsey Barber explains how you can earn extra points on top of your grocery shop.

I’m never without my Clubcard when popping in to Tesco. Not only do I earn points every time I shop, but it also means i get the lowest prices which the supermarket offers to members of its loyalty scheme.

But there are plenty of other ways to maximise my points beyond just shopping in-store or online.
