It's immoral, troubling to award government scholarships to the rich instead of the poor — GBA President

Yaw Acheampong Boafo, the President of the Ghana Bar Association (GBA) has bemoaned the favouritism and nepotism that has characterized the award of government scholarships in the country. The seasoned legal practitioner described the current situation, whereby scholarships are awarded to people from rich backgrounds especially those with political connections, as immoral and troubling.
