An intense manhunt is entering its third day in rural Kentucky for the shooter who opened fire on a highway Saturday that wounded at least five people. Authorities say 32-year-old Joseph Couch perched on a ledge below a cliff and began shooting. NBC’s Priya Sridhar reports for TODAY.
