Flexible workspace provider Awfis to divest facility management business

Awfis Space Solutions Limited has signed a business transfer agreement with SMS Integrated Facility Services Private Limited to sell its facility management division, Awfis Care, for Rs 27.5 crore. This transaction, advised by Maple Capital Advisors, is expected to be completed within 120 days and will help Awfis focus on its core flexible workspace market.
