BHU Dalit research scholar files complaint, professor threw samosa, used caste slurs

A Dalit research scholar at Banaras Hindu University has filed a complaint with the National SC/ST Commission after a senior professor allegedly threw a partially consumed samosa at him and verbally abused him with caste-based slurs during a viva session. Despite reporting the incident to university authorities, no action has been taken yet.
