Sheikh Rashid's party proxy of BJP, claims Mehbooba Mufti

PDP president Mehbooba Mufti accused jailed MP Sheikh Abdul Rashid's Awami Ittehad Party of being a proxy for the BJP. She warned people in Jammu and Kashmir against such parties, following an alleged attack on PDP candidate Yawar Shafi Banday by AIP workers. Mufti questioned the resources and support behind AIP.
