EVs will cost the same as petrol and diesel vehicles in 2 years, says Nitin Gadkari

Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari announced that within two years, the cost of petrol and diesel vehicles is expected to equal that of electric vehicles (EVs). He also mentioned that while subsidies for EVs might still be considered, their need is diminishing due to falling production costs and growing consumer preference for EVs and CNG vehicles.
