My hair was so thin due to stress – in just 6 months I transformed it thanks to a £6 oil

Hair loss in women can happen for a multitude of reasons, including stress, following pregnancy, and due to certain medical conditions or treatments.
Kate’s hair was thinning due to stress[/caption] She transformed it in 6 months[/caption]Kate Elizabeth said that she went on a hair care journey after her hair started thinning due to stress.
She added that she was not looking after her mental health of her body, which contributed to her hair loss.
However, six months later, Kate’s hair was looking so much healthier, thanks to her consistent hair care routine.
She revealed that she moved all of the “unnecessary stress” out of her life, which helped her to stop her hair from falling out.
She also started to use rosemary oil twice a week before washing.
Rosemary oil has been proven to stimulate hair
To use rosemary oil, simply massage it into your scalp, and then leave it to sit for a while, before washing it off.
You can pick rosemary oil up from Boots for just £16.
Kate added that another product which helped to restore her hair was K18.
K18 molecular repair hair oil has been clinically proven to repair damaged hair.
It also promises a 78% reduction in split ends, and 24 hour frizz control.
The Sun’s Ellis Cochrane tried out K18 and this is her review: “I’ve tried K18 Hair over the course of a month and each time that I have used the Hair Mask in particular, my hair looked and felt softer, shinier and healthier. It also tamed my frizz, particularly when I blow-dried my hair.
“The Hair Mask was the real standout product for me, while the Hair Oil was nice enough when used as a finishing product. However, the price tag of this oil was slightly off-putting. Both of the shampoos worked to cleanse my hair but didn’t blow me away quite like the Hair Mask did.”
Hair loss tips
We can lose between 50 and 100 hairs a day, according to the NHS.
It is not usually something to worry about, but occasional it can be a sign of a medical concern.
These include illness, stress, cancer treatment, weight loss and iron deficiency.
The NHS advises to book an appointment with your GP to see if you can get to the cause of it.
Experts at American Academy of Dermatology Association also recommend to eat healthy, limit curling irons and only use them for special occasions.
They also recommend using a gentle shampoo, and make use of leave-in conditioners.
You can buy K18 hair oil for £65.
Kate revealed that by using these products, she has been able to repair her hair without having to stop using straighteners.
