India will start talks with Pakistan as soon as it stops militancy: Rajnath Singh

Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh stated that dialogue with Pakistan is possible only if it stops supporting militant activities. Speaking in Jammu, he emphasized the need for improved relations but highlighted Pakistan's role in terrorism. Singh also mentioned the positive impact of Article 370's abrogation on J&K's development and peace.
