No surfing at Dee Why this morning

0

Hello Friends,

In line with expectations, this morning sees no significant surf activity at Dee Why. Out at the MHL buoy the 0600 data was showing 0.8 metres of 11 second south by SSE bump. If you’re desperate there might be a ripple every now and then around at Curly, but you’ll need your floatiest surf tool to do anything with the ankle to knee high bumplets.

The Bureau says we might see a tiny uptick for the morning session tomorrow at south magnets. Beyond that I’m not seeing anything exciting on the swell models. The weather’s set to go rainy and chilly from Thursday onward, but there’s no real signal of a significant improvement to energy levels for the next week. Here’s hoping the outlook improves soon.

Have yourself a good Monday everyone!
