MIKE Tindall keeps tabs on his daughter Mia — with a £35 Apple AirTag.
The 10-year-old royal, 22nd in line to the throne, had the tracking device strapped to her shorts as she larked around at an annual equestrian bash.
The tag is usually placed on keys or bags so owners can track them down via an app.
Princess Anne’s granddaughter was with her younger siblings and her former rugby star father, 45, to cheer on mum Zara, 43, at the Burghley Horse Trials.
An onlooker at the bash in Lincolnshire said: “The Tindalls always have a fantastic time together as a family at Burghley. Mia is full of energy and often runs off, finding the day very exciting.
The Apple AirTags are a great idea to keep track of children at a busy event like this – especially if they aren’t old enough yet to have a mobile phone.”
Former England World Cup hero Mike was also seen breaking up a play fight between daughter Lena, six, and son Lucas, three.
Meanwhile, Zara competed on her horse Class Affair in the cross-country section.
Her brother Peter, 46, was also there, appearing loved up with his NHS partner Harriet Sperling, 44 — three months after The Sun revealed they were a serious item.
Harriet wore a gilet over her dress and walked hand in hand with father -of-two Peter.
AirTags were launched by Apple in 2021 to track belongings. But a rising number of parents now buy them to keep an eye on their children.
Last year, Ruth Bradford, 41, of Bristol, told The Sun how she used AirTags “for peace of mind” for kids Edward, 6, and Josephine, two.
