HC directs YEIDA to remove fence around land of petitioner farmers

The Allahabad High Court has directed the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) to remove any fencing around farmers' land in Noida until it is either acquired or purchased. The court's decision came after farmers alleged that YEIDA fenced their land without acquisition or sale for an international film city project.
