Columbus Commons celebrates fall with Harvest Fair
COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) -- The Harvest Fair presented by Autism Speaks took place at the Columbus Commons Saturday night.
It was the perfect celebration of the fall season with a variety of family friendly games, rides and activities. The Commons were filled with things like bounce houses, a face painting station and a pumpkin patch, all for free.
Fairgoers like Jules Rizzo and Alex Puritt were excited about the entertainment, but said they attended for one thing in particular.
“We came for the pumpkins,” Rizzo said. “I'm big on pumpkins and everything fall and I love it here, there's so much to do.”
The event took place from 4-8 p.m. and there was even a viewing of the Disney movie “Coco.”
“It's just nice to come out and see all the families and all the kids running around enjoying the very nice fall day,” Pruitt said.
