Gotta know your limits

I've read many posts that say something along the line of it's good to learn on conditions that push your comfort zone. But there are limits. I hit mine today. The morning started out nice. North Texas clear as a bell. And calm skies. around 10 I decided to get the Bonnie Lass out on Bois D'arc. All seemed good. But by the time I got to the lake the wind had picked up.
