Cleveland-Cliffs vows to buy any union mills U.S. Steel closes over foreign ownership issue

U.S. Steel responded that it may pursue legal action to salvage the merger with Japan's Nippon Steel and warned if the deal collapses it may shift away from integrated steelmaking.
