Winona police find brother of Michelle Jenkins, wanted for her murder in Eau Claire, dead in his vehicle

Eau Claire Police have identified and located the suspect in the killing of Michelle L. Jenkins. The man was found dead in his vehicle of an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound in Winona on Friday night.
