First, the heartwarming celebration was for Tara Davis-Woodhall at the Olympics. Then it was for her husband, Hunter Woodhall, at the Paralympics.

The American track power couple are having an incredible summer that continued with Woodhall winning gold in the men’s 400-meter T62 at the 2024 Paris Paralympics on Friday. And just like Davis-Woodhall did after she won Olympic gold in the women’s long jump, Woodhall ran into his wife’s arms for another touching celebratory moment between the two stars.

Woodhall — a 25-year-old three-time Paralympian — is now a five-time Paralympic medalist with his 400 gold and winning bronze with Team USA in the 4×100-meter universal relay Friday. He also finished sixth in the men’s 100-meter T64 final earlier this week.
