Jailed Lok Sabha member Engineer Abdul Rashid Sheikh promises jail-free J&K in party manifesto

The Awami Ittihad Party, led by jailed MP Engineer Abdul Rashid Sheikh, released its manifesto promising a jail-free Jammu and Kashmir. The party also announced candidates for the assembly elections, including Rashid's brother. They pledged to revoke the Public Safety Act and UAPA, ban liquor sales, and provide free medical tests.
