Quad summit planned in Joe Biden's hometown Delaware

The upcoming Quad summit is set for September 21 in Wilmington, Delaware, marking the final meeting for US President Joe Biden and Japanese PM Fumio Kishida. Indian PM Narendra Modi and Australian PM Anthony Albanese will also attend. The summit will focus on maritime security concerns in the South China Sea.
