Geordie Shore’s Holly Hagan shows off 47lbs weight loss in 15 months as she strips to a bikini for before and after snap
Holly Hagan has wowed fans with her dramatic body transformation.
The 32 year old, who starred on Geordie Shore when she was just 18, welcomed her first baby with her husband Jacob Blyth last year and was proud to show off the efforts of her weight loss journey.
Taking to her Instagram account, she showed an image of her in a bikini at the start of her weight loss journey, before an image of her since losing the weight.
She captioned it: “I’ve lost 47lb in 15 months post partum with quick 20 minute beginner classes that can be done from home with our app!”
The reality star was referring to the brand she is involved in, Team Fitty App, which launched at the end of last year.
The app helps beginners and busy mums achieve their fat loss goals with 20 minute classes at home.
In 2023 the TV personality qualified as a nutrition coach and earned certification as a level 3 qualified Personal Trainer.
She now posts fitness-related content and provides guided workout sessions on her Instagram platform.
The mum had admitted to being ‘terrified’ after gaining 50lb during her pregnancy and vowed to lose the baby weight.
She said previously: “The journey after having a baby is long and slow. Not everyone bounces back quickly and we shouldn’t be expected to.”
She updated her fans on her incredible weight loss journey recently saying: “I knew what needed to be done because I have the education and tools, but I knew it would take time. There’s no getting around that.”
Her progress photos since losing the weight have stunned fans.
One commented: “Good job girl” with another saying: “You look amazing.”
Geordie Shore was the British offshoot of American TV show Jersey Shore. The programme, filmed in Newcastle upon Tyne follows the daily lives of a group of housemates, as they live together for the summer.
The next series of Geordie Shore is expected to air in 2025 on MTV UK and Paramount+ UK.
