Delhi: Man dies after being dragged by car for 10 metres

A man was killed after being struck by a car and dragged for about 10 metres in Connaught Place. The driver, Shivam Dubey, was arrested after fleeing the scene. The victim, Lekhraj, was declared dead at the hospital. Authorities used CCTV footage to track down Dubey, who has been charged under relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
