Macpherson signs two declarations of intent with Chinese groups

Public Works and Infrastructure Minister Dean Macpherson concluded his visit to China this week by signing two declarations of intent with the China Communications Construction Company (CCCC), as well as ASI Global. Macpherson travelled to China as part of an official State visit by President Cyril Ramaphosa.
