15-year-old girl arrested for alleged threat against Iowa High School

IOWA, La. (KLFY) -- A 15-year-old girl has been charged with terrorizing after allegedly threatening the school on social media, authorities said.
The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office received a call approximately 6:45 p.m. Thursday in reference to a threat at Iowa High School.
Deputies found the suspect threatened a shooting at the school on social media, and were able to identify her as a 15-year-old Iowa High School student, authorities said.
After speaking with detectives, she was arrested and booked into the Juvenile Detention Center and charged with terrorizing. No other details were released.
