Panama deports 130 Indians to New Delhi under US repatriations deal

Panama has deported 130 Indian migrants who entered the country through the Darien jungle, under a repatriation deal with the United States. This marks the first expulsion outside of the Americas under this agreement. The US has pledged $6 million to assist Panama in reducing irregular migration.
