John Cockerill and Greenko to invest ₹2,800 crore on their electrolyser manufacturing facility

John Cockerill Group and Greenko Group will invest ₹2,800 crore in an electrolyser manufacturing facility in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh. The plant aims to produce 2 gigawatts of electrolysers annually and serve as an export hub. The venture also plans to expand into steel, energy, and defence sectors, tripling its workforce in two years.
