HUL forms panel of independent directors to evaluate prospects of ice cream biz

Hindustan Unilever Ltd's board has decided to form a panel of independent directors to evaluate the prospects of its ice cream business. This follows Unilever PLC's earlier announcement to separate its global ice cream business.
