The breaks will have all the trimmings of a traditional Haven getaway, with special live acts from Britain’s Got Talent dance alumni Twist, Plus and Flawless.
These dance acts will join Aston Merrygold and Capital Breakfast radio host Jordan North as part of the entertainment.
For younger guests, beloved children’s characters like The Gruffalo and Bing will also be making appearances on the Ultimate Family Weekend Breaks.
Meanwhile, the Seaside Squad!, featuring Annie, George, Jaz and Rory, will also be on-hand to meet and greet families, and they’ll even be performing a brand-new stage show too.
Other shows include Titan the Robot – an 8ft mechanical marvel that entertains the crowds with his fast-paced show.
Ultimate Family Weekend Breaks start from £119 for three nights for four people, this means the breaks start from £10 per person per night.
At this price, guests will get access to the onsite swimming pools.
The news comes after Haven announced the return of its Festive Breaks, following on from the success of 2023.
Holiday Parks in Kent, Blackpool, Yorkshire, Norfolk, and Dorset will be getting a touch of yuletide treatment later this year when the festive breaks return.
Three different holidays are available: the “Christmas breaks” are from December 23 to December 27, and the “early December” is from December 13 to December 20.
Lastly, the “New Year breaks” will begin on December 30, 2024, and run into January 3, 2025.
All the breaks include your caravan accommodation with a Christmas tree and access to festive entertainment and activities.
All the parks will have exclusive festive-themed activities such as Christmas Jumper Day, festive Make a Bear, reindeer food-making workshops and treasure trails.
There will also be special festive shows from the Seaside Squad, a “Tots Christmas Disco”, and more events to dance the days away.
Haven’s Festive Breaks Return
The breaks will only be available with the “Haven package,” which includes access to most of the park’s amenities, swimming pools, regular activities, and entertainment.
The deals include three- and four-night Christmas and New Year getaways at some of Haven’s best holiday parks.
The breaks include many festive extras that can be booked separately, including your Christmas Day dinner.
Little ones could enjoy breakfast with Santa and meet and greet with the old man during “The Santa Experience.”
The Santa experience is an interactive adventure led by a “helpful elves” team tailored to each park.
Although there are plenty of activities, the holiday company promises “much more to come” too.
Why caravan holidays are so underrated
CARAVAN park holidays are a British staple.
And with the cost of living crisis wreaking havoc on Britain’s purses, more of us are turning to them for an affordable break.
Josie O’Brien, Senior Digital Writer on Fabulous, weighs in on why she thinks caravan holidays are seriously underrated…
WHEN I was a child, my mum used to collect the £9.50 holiday vouchers in The Sun.
She’d use them to book a couple of nights away at a caravan park during the school holidays.
As an adult, I fully appreciate the convenience of a humble caravan holiday.
No faffing about with passports, no luggage limits and no bog-standard hotel breakfast of stale toast and grey eggs.
I still love caravan holidays as an adult.
In a world of doing everything for the ‘gram, a caravan park brings you back to basics.
There’s no obligation to get dressed up, no stress to fit a million picturesque excursions in one week and I don’t find myself flustered in tourist hot spots like abroad.
I love going to coastal caravan parks and strolling along the beach parade.
My highlight is always fresh mussels, ice-creams and classic pubs to grab an afternoon tipple in.
And then, of course, there’s the cost.
Staying in a caravan is definitely way cheaper than my international trips.
With no expensive hotel bills and the ability to cook my own meals, I’m spending hundreds less than I would abroad.
I’ve had some of my best and most relaxing holidays in caravans. Maybe I’ll buy my own one day.
Earlier this year, Haven unveiled its 2025 UK holiday deals.
With prices starting at just £3pp a night, these staycations will offer incredible value, even during the peak summer season.
