Chhattisgarh: Six IEDs planted by Naxalites recovered in Kondagaon district
Security personnel in Chhattisgarh's Kondagaon district have recovered six improvised explosive devices (IEDs) planted by Naxalites in a forest. The explosives, hidden in pressure cookers and buried underground, were discovered during a police patrol. The bomb disposal squad neutralised the IEDs, preventing a potential tragedy. Naxalites frequently use such tactics to target security forces during anti-Naxal operations in the Bastar division, which includes Kondagaon.
