Israeli forces withdraw from Jenin and its camp, Palestine news agency says

Israeli forces have withdrawn from Jenin and a refugee camp after a 10-day period of violence, according to the Palestine news agency WAFA. The Palestinian health ministry reported 21 deaths. Extensive damage to infrastructure was observed. The Palestinian foreign ministry accused Israel of transferring destruction from Gaza to the West Bank.
