Murder convict works as para-legal aid, becomes UP’s highest paid inmate

Kuldeep Kumar, a life-term prisoner at Fatehgarh Central Jail in Uttar Pradesh, has become the highest earning inmate in state history with Rs 1,04,000 for providing para-legal aid to nearly 650 inmates. His efforts are part of a programme by the National Legal Services Authority aimed at ensuring legal aid for all sections of society.
