Demi Lovato's 'Child Star' Trailer - Watch Singer Interview Other Celebs for Hulu Documentary

Demi Lovato sits in the interview’s chair in the trailer for her forthcoming documentary Child Star.

The 32-year-old “Cool for the Summer” hitmaker explores the experience of young stars in Hollywood in the project, which is their directorial debut.

On Thursday (September 5), fans got a first glimpse at what to expect and saw Demi reflecting on the highs and lows of being in the public eye during conversations with other former child stars.

The trailer features snippets of interviews with the likes of Raven-Symone, Drew Barrymore, Christina Ricci, JoJo Siwa, Kenan Thompson and Alyson Stoner.

Here’s the official synopsis: “Child Star explores the highs and lows of growing up in the spotlight through the lens of some of the world’s most famous former child stars. The film will mark Demi Lovato’s directorial debut with Nicola Marsh co-directing.”

If you missed it, Alyson recently reflected on their experience working with Demi on the set of Camp Rock. They are the only other star from the franchise to participate in Child Star.

Child Star premieres on September 17 on Hulu.
