Saratoga Book Festival announces 2024 headliners
SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. (NEWS10)-- The Saratoga Book Festival revealed the list of writers participating in this year's city-wide literary event. From Oct. 4 to Oct. 7, over 50 authors will be present, with special headliners each day.
Each day there will be different sessions, and a headlining event. Headliners include Liz Moore, Brenda Wineapple, Paul Tremblay and Kelly Link; acclaimed authors Roxana Robinson, Garth Risk Hallberg, Corey Brettschneider, Amitava Kumar; and bestsellers Mai Corland, Daniel Kraus and Karen McManus.
"We try to appeal to many ages and interests," says the festival Founder and Co-Chair Ellen Beal. "At this year’s multi-day event, we’ll present more than 30 sessions, 50 featured authors, and the popular Saturday KidZone and Literary Marketplace that showcases more than 90 local authors and organizations. Our goal is to encourage people of all ages to read more books."
The Saratoga Book Festival brings writers and readers together through conversations, book talks, interviews and even through youth programs. The KidZone will feature more than 30 children's authors with crafts, storytelling and photo opportunities with storybook characters.
