Burns Flat FD seeks to distribute donated fire equipment

Burns Flat, Okla. (KFOR) - The Burns Flat Fire Department is seeking out organizations that are in need of fire equipment.

Burns Flat Fire Department says, surplus and “date coded” equipment no longer in use will go towards equipping several departments all over the Western Oklahoma Region.

The generous donations were given from departments and foundations on the east coast making the items free of charge and available on a first come served basis, according to Burns Flat Fire Department Facebook page.
