The Singles — The First Fifty Years features all their biggest hits, including Dancing Queen, Money, Money, Money and Mamma Mia.

But their Gold: Greatest Hits CD can be picked up online for around a tenner.

So fans have been left screaming SOS after noticing the hefty price tag for the new vinyl release.

One said on X/Twitter: “Waste of time and definitely not worth the ££££.

“They have no idea on what the fans really want or they just don’t care.”

The album, available from October 25, is an expansion of The Singles — The First Ten Years, which was originally released in 1982.

It will feature tracks from the band’s final studio album Voyage, released in 2021, and comes with a 24-page illustrated booklet, including liner notes and unseen images of the stars.

The group — Agnetha Fältskog, Björn Ulvaeus, Benny Andersson and Anni-Frid Lyngstad — are also releasing new merchandise, including a plain black T-shirt with Abba’s logo for £40 and a brown hoodie for £95.
