New affordable housing lottery in Queens offers multiple activity centers
JAMAICA, Queens (PIX11) -- A new affordable housing lottery in Queens offers tons of opportunities to get active from the comfort of the building.
The new high-rise development, dubbed The Monarch, is accepting applications now through Nov. 4 for its location at 92-29 Guy R Brewer Blvd. The eligibility income ranges from $58,046 to $218,010 to apply.
All one and two bedroom apartments feature floor-to-ceiling windows with in-unit washers and dryers as well as stainless steel appliances.
For those who love to stay active, the Monarch’s amenities package includes indoor basketball and pickleball courts, a golf simulator, fitness center, and yoga studio. The building also offers various entertainment with a movie room, children’s playroom, dog run, and pet spa.
Commuters will have access to nearby E, F, and J trains at the Jamaica Center - Parsons/Archer station and Parsons Boulevard station.
