Attappady’s silent crisis

Attppady taluk in Kerala’s Palakkad district is home to some 33,000 indigenous people living in 192 hamlets spread over a hilly area of 735 sq km. But their future looks as bleak as ever as it’s marred by malnutrition, unhealthy living habits and lack of access to medical care, reports Abdul Latheef Naha
