EC notifies 3rd phase of Jammu and Kashmir Assembly elections

The Election Commission of India has issued a notification for the final phase of Legislative Assembly polls in Jammu and Kashmir. Polling will be held on October 1 across 40 constituencies in Kupwara, Baramulla, Bandipora, Udhampur, Kathua, Samba, and Jammu districts. The last date for filing nominations is September 12.
