Singapore postpones criminal trial of former Indian-origin transport minister Iswaran to Sep 10

The criminal trial of Singapore's former Indian-origin transport minister S Iswaran has been rescheduled from September 10 to September 24. Both the prosecution and defence requested the adjournment, which the court accepted. Iswaran faces 35 charges, including corruption and obstructing justice, and had previously succeeded in having the charges heard in a joint trial.
