A WOMAN has revealed how she proved everyone wrong by reversing the signs of ageing.

Elle McNamara (AKA Bambi Does Beauty) took to social media to show off her results, and she revealed it wasn’t down to Botox.

But she’s now aged backwards without Botox[/caption]

In fact, the beauty whizz had managed to do it by sticking to just four skincare tips – including chucking a 70p buy in the bin.

Ella said: Four things I did to age backwards,” as she showed what she looked like a few years ago vs. now.

In the before pictures, Ella’s skin had hyper pigmentation – making the skin look dull and dry and she had a fair few wrinkles across her forehead.

But now her skin was glowing and plump with no sign of wrinkles anywhere thanks to her four skincare hacks.

The first step she revealed was throwing your make-up wipes in the bin.

Although you can get them for a bargain price of just £1 from the likes of Superdrug – they do nothing for your skin.

She said she stopped using them as they were ‘SO drying which emphasises fine lines.’

Now Ella uses a cleansing balm instead which is much softer on the skin.

The beauty whizz continued: “Mist, mist and mist again. Hydrating mists stop those dehydration lines that you’ll mistake for wrinkles.”

Her favourite hydrating mist was the Curel deep moisturising spray which can be bought for £20 on Amazon.

Next, she recommended using retinol twice a week to help promote new cell growth in the skin.

Last but not least, Ella said: “I stopped buying the cheapest SPFs for face and body at the end of the aisle and using on my face – they’re often heavier and can be pore clogging for the skin on the face!”

The clip posted to her TikTok account @bambidoesbeauty has since gone viral with over 549k views and 18k likes.

People were quick to take to the comments and thank her for sharing her skincare tips.

How to reverse ageing in just 2 weeks, according to royal go-to nutritionist

LONDON -based Gabriela Peacock, who has helped the likes of Prince Harry and Princess Eugenie prepare for their weddings.

She told Fabulous: “The science is evident that we all have the power to make simple life changing alterations to better our future selves – no matter what genetic hand we might have been dealt with.

“The reality is, we all sometimes indulge in unhealthy eating habits like processed foods, smoking cigarettes, drinking too much alcohol, inhaling city pollutants, and even drinking water from plastic bottles – none of this is good for us.

“All this does is promote the ageing process, but we all have the potential to change this.”

It may be hard, but try to keep away from sugary carbohydrates, because they feed chronic inflammation, which is one of the worst enemies of reversing ageing.

Now only will you end up putting on weight if you consume them regularly, but your energy and hormonal levels will be affected and this will influence how you look and feel.

Whatever your age or state of health, it’s never too late to reverse how quickly you are ageing and embrace the energy and vigour of a younger you.

Antioxidants, such as vitamins A, C, and E, are essential in neutralising free radicals—the culprits behind premature ageing.

Integrating a spectrum of colourful fruits and vegetables into your diet provides a potent source of antioxidants.

Omega-3 fatty acids, abundant in fatty fish like salmon and flaxseeds, are vital for maintaining skin elasticity and hydration.

Omega-3s act as nourishment for your skin, locking in moisture and diminishing fine lines and wrinkles.

Collagen, a structural protein dwindling with age, can be replenished through collagen-rich foods like bone broth and lean protein sources.

One person wrote: “This looks amazing! What’s your favourite product for achieving that glow?”

Another commented: “Skin is skinning.”

“I’ve bought a serum, retinol and a misting spray on your recommendation,” penned a third.

Meanwhile a fourth said: “Glowinggg.”

“I did too. My skin looks better now at 41 than my late 20’s and I have no fillers or Botox etc, it’s all in the skincare,” claimed a fifth.

Someone else added: “I love your tips and recommendations, thank you, you need to try a hyaluronic acid lip balm…game changer.”
