No restrictions on Godfrey Philips AGM as Delhi HC denies Ruchir Modi's plea to block grandmother Bina Modi from voting

The Delhi High Court denied Ruchir Modi's request to prevent his grandmother, Bina Modi, from voting at Godfrey Philips' 87th AGM scheduled for tomorrow. However, Justice Naveen Chawla directed Bina to submit a half-yearly affidavit detailing her remuneration and benefits as Managing Director.
