Interpol issued 100 Red Notices on India's request in 2023, highest in a year: CBI chief

Interpol issued 100 Red Notices in 2023 at India's request, the highest in a year, to detain fugitives wanted by Indian law enforcement. CBI Director Praveen Sood highlighted the need for international cooperation to combat global crimes. The CBI handled 17,368 international assistance requests and brought back 29 criminals in 2023.
