SC grants Sahara group a month to finalise Versova land deal, orders Rs 1,000 crore deposit

The Supreme Court has given the Sahara Group one month to finalize joint venture agreements for the sale and development of its Versova land and to seek court approval for these agreements. Additionally, the Sahara companies must deposit Rs 1,000 crore into the Sebi-Sahara refund account along with the approval.
