Meesho hires 8.5 lakh seasonal staff ahead of festival season, mostly from tier-3, tier 4 cities

Meesho has hired 8.5 lakh seasonal staff for its seller and logistics network ahead of the festival season, with a significant portion from tier-3 and tier-4 regions. This represents a 70% increase from last year. The hiring includes 5 lakh seasonal workers by sellers and 3.5 lakh gig workers through third-party logistics providers.
