Finance minister opposed to using health insurance fund reserves

Finance Minister Jürgen Ligi (Reform) has said that a proposal o tap into Health Insurance Fund's (Tervisekassa) reserves, set aside for the most trying times, is not wise at this point in time, "Aktuaalne kaamera" reported.
