The sale of ultra-luxury homes priced over Rs 40 crore continues at a steady pace in the first eight months of 2024, with Mumbai leading the market. According to Anarock data, 25 such homes worth Rs 2,443 crore were sold across Mumbai, Hyderabad, Gurugram, and Bengaluru. The demand for these high-priced properties remains strong.
