Welcome to Howard County Library System's Elkridge Branch. Completely renovated and expanded in 2018, this education center features classrooms, study rooms, meeting rooms, vending cafe, business center, public computers, and an expanded collection. In addition, Phase I of HCLS’ new DIY collection (e.g., tools for household repair, gardening, bike maintenance) are available to borrow at the new DIY Education Center — a Design Institute with classes for all ages, and a DIY Ed Studio (a mess-friendly classroom and work space)
