US charges Russia with election interference and seizes web domains

The Biden administration has announced criminal charges, the seizure of internet domains and sanctions related to Russian disinformation efforts to influence the U.S. presidential election. Four people were killed in a shooting at a Georgia high school on Wednesday, just weeks after classes began.
